Tim Kleinschmidt, the TCEQ, the Railroad Commission, and the Department of Transportation held an oil and gas open house in Kenedy on November 13. Residents asked state experts questions about state laws and regulations concerning oil and gas operations in the Eagle Ford Shale. Garcia works for the TCEQ’s Take Care of Texas program.
